Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason .

The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you received the goods.

Returned products must be in their original condition: jewelry packaging (boxes, pouches, jewelry cards) must be intact, and products must be new and unworn. Any defects must be reported before returning the item.

Ogao KIG assumes no liability in the event of loss of the package.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the purchase price, including standard shipping costs (if charged), promptly and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
