1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop ogao (hereinafter "we" or "ogao") by consumers (hereinafter "customers").

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online presentation. By submitting your order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Confirmation of order receipt is automated and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order in writing or ship the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices stated at the time of order apply.

The shipping fee is a flat rate of CHF 8.50. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 200.

5. Delivery

Delivery within Switzerland and to countries in the European Union is handled by Swiss Post. Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days.

6. Payment

7. Return / Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Custom-made items made to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Custom-made products

Individual requests and custom orders can be made directly through the shop or by email. These products are excluded from the right of return.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of ogao until full payment has been made.

10. Liability

We are not liable for minor negligence. We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

11. Data protection

Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to process your order (e.g., shipping service providers). Details can be found in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of ogao, unless otherwise provided by law.
